January Wrap Up

So today, I decided to do a January wrap up of everything – books, movies, the lot. Seeing as it’s the end of the month. I don’t know if this will be a regular thing or what but for right now I’m just going with it.

  1. The Vampire Diaries

I recently just got into this and just have been bingeing it so hard. I was hesitant to start it because I thought it may be the tv version of Twilight and I don’t necessarily like Twilight.  Boy, was I wrong, this tv show had me captivated by the beginning and I still don’t know if I’m team Stefan or Damen.

  1. Teen Wolf

Season six of this tv series came out on Netflix late last year but I didn’t start watching that season until the month because I heard rumours that I didn’t want to exist. So, I have been pushing it back and back and finally, I decided to start watching it and I’m currently half way through and loving it.

  1. Magnus Chase and the Ship of the Dead

I am not going to talk about this too much because I did do a book review on it where I do go in depth with my opinions. But this book is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

  1. Pitch Perfect 3

I don’t know about everyone, but I really enjoyed watching this movie, but I do think number one is the best out of this trilogy. Some people don’t like this movie, but I like it and it was entertaining to watch.

  1. Lord of Shadows

I love this book and can not wait for the 4of December for Queen of Air and Darkness to come out.  The ending has me hanging and I did not expect it to turn out like that, but the plot line was incredible, and I loved how she incorporated the famous poem, Annabel Lee.

  1. Jumanji

I went to see this movie in the cinemas and I liked it, but I didn’t love it, the original one I think is better in my opinion. Because in the first one the game came out into real life whereas in the new one they went into the game. Which I didn’t really like but the movie as a whole was enjoyable to watch.

Overall January wasn’t really that productive with reading but more so in watching movies and tv shows. But I am looking forward to upping my game in February with a lot of fantasy.
